Welcome to CRETE3D®. By engaging our services, accessing our website, or working with us on any digital, creative, or marketing project, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, professional, and efficient collaboration between CRETE3D® and our clients.
1. About CRETE3D®
CRETE3D® is a creative digital studio based in Crete, Greece, specializing in website design, WordPress development, branding, graphic design, photography, drone media, 3D virtual tours, property presentation, digital marketing materials, SEO, and online presence optimization.
2. Scope of Services
The scope of each project is defined individually through written communication, quotation, invoice, proposal, or agreement.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
CRETE3D® reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the originally agreed project scope.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All prices are provided in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Prices may vary if the project scope changes, additional revisions are requested, additional features or integrations are added, or third-party costs arise.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit or partial upfront payment may be required before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed, 50% is payable before project start, and the remaining balance is due before final delivery or website launch.
Late payments may result in project delays, temporary suspension of services, or withholding of final files, website access, or project delivery.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith.
Delays caused by missing client content, feedback, approvals, access details, or third-party services are outside the responsibility of CRETE3D®.
Projects that remain inactive for an extended period may be archived or subject to additional reactivation fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, required materials, text content, logos, images, approvals, login details, and timely communication.
The client is responsible for ensuring that they own or have permission to use all supplied materials.
CRETE3D® is not responsible for legal issues resulting from client-provided content, images, logos, text, trademarks, or other materials.
7. Revisions & Design Changes
Reasonable revisions are included depending on the selected package, quotation, or agreement.
Major redesigns, structural changes, repeated revision cycles, or new feature requests beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
8. Website Hosting & Domains
Unless explicitly included, hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, stock assets, external subscriptions, and third-party tools are not included in project pricing.
Clients retain ownership of their domain and hosting accounts whenever possible.
CRETE3D® is not responsible for outages, downtime, data loss, email issues, or technical problems caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or software vendors.
9. Third-Party Services & Plugins
Projects may include third-party platforms, plugins, or services such as WordPress, Elementor, Amelia, Stripe, Google services, Meta/Facebook integrations, booking systems, analytics tools, payment providers, or external APIs.
CRETE3D® cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality of third-party services and is not liable for changes, pricing updates, service interruptions, or technical issues caused by those providers.
10. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer
Websites are built according to modern usability, performance, and SEO best practices whenever applicable.
However, CRETE3D® does not guarantee specific Google rankings, search engine positions, traffic levels, sales results, leads, bookings, or business growth.
Online performance depends on many external factors, including competition, market demand, advertising budget, content quality, reviews, location, and search engine algorithms.
11. Intellectual Property
Final approved work becomes the property of the client after full payment has been received.
Any unpaid work, drafts, concepts, designs, files, or unfinished materials remain the property of CRETE3D®.
CRETE3D® reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Photography & Media Usage
Photography, drone footage, videos, 3D tours, and digital media created by CRETE3D® may not be resold, modified, redistributed, or commercially licensed to third parties without permission unless explicitly agreed.
Commercial licensing terms may vary depending on the project and intended usage.
13. Limitation of Liability
CRETE3D® shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of revenue, data loss, security breaches caused by third parties, plugin conflicts, hosting failures, cyberattacks, search engine penalties, or issues caused by client-side modifications.
Clients are encouraged to maintain regular backups, secure passwords, proper hosting, and appropriate security measures.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing.
Any completed work, hours, licenses, expenses, or third-party costs up to the termination date remain payable.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Greece.
